Do Memories Die...

The more we try to forget something... The more we remember it. Every time we think of forgetting a memory first we think of that memory. It becomes very difficult to forget it. But the fact is it eventually fades away. Every memory slowly dies. Had read somewhere once that every time we remember or recall a moment or a memory, a part of it gets erased. And slowly those memories start dying off. A certain percent of it vanishes from our memory. Everytime we remember a little less of it. Eventually it dies. It's not about a good memory or a bad memory. They all die... All of it vanishes... Just it takes its own time. So instead of trying to forget something try to remember it...
